Retail Lead Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Retail Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in all tasks necessary to ensure the smooth and safe operation of daily retail branch activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Branch Manager in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of daily retail branch activities.
* Work collaboratively with the branch manager and local sales team to identify and develop new retail sales opportunities, as well as develop a strong customer base.
* Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service, offering guidance on products and services to ensure a positive shopping experience.
* Maintain product displays to the highest standard, with clear pricing and accurate signage.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels closely, with particular attention to high-demand retail products during peak times of the year.
* Achieve company compliance with all internal audit requirements.
