Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, offer hands‑on mentorship
Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards and compliance requirements
Foster effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
Required Experience
7+ years of hands‑on experience in Java development in SpringBoot or Quarkus
Ideally 1+ years of experience in leading a small team
Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices
Experience working in or with clients in the igaming or fintech is a plus
Salary / Remuneration: Up to €90.000 DOE + Benefits
