Responsibilities
Liaise with all clients and hotel guests on the phone and face‑to‑face in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Deal with all check‑ins in a professional, efficient and courteous manner and ensure the client/guest is helped with any information they may require during their time in the spa.
Ensure that each client/guest receives a memorable spa experience from start to finish.
Be knowledgeable on all spa products and upsell at every available opportunity.
Maintain high spa standards at all times.
Carry out general spa duties as required.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of spa receptionist or administration experience.
Guest focused with excellent communication skills.
Professional image at all times.
Well‑organised.
Fluent in English.
