The Opportunity
We are seeking a high‑calibre Director of Finance to serve as a strategic architect for our next phase of growth. This dual‑role position combines executive financial leadership with the chance to influence the long‑term vision of a world‑renowned arts organisation from within our Board.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Board Leadership: Provide expert financial counsel to the Board of Directors, steering the organisation’s long‑term sustainability and international expansion.
Financial Governance: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, global forecasting, and annual audits, ensuring full compliance with CIC regulations.
Global Partnership Management: Navigate financial frameworks for international collaborations, multi‑currency projects, and global sponsorships.
Commercial Insight: Identify new revenue streams and operational efficiencies to support our ambitious 2026/27 seasons.
Impact Reporting: Ensure transparent financial reporting that communicates the social and cultural value created by our programmes.
