We are looking for a skilled and experienced Commis Chef to manage our kitchen's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Ensure efficient inventory management and supply chain systems are in place
* Develop and implement innovative recipes and menu ideas to drive customer satisfaction
* Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance team performance
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Commis Chef in a full-service restaurant
* Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
* Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
* Food Hygiene training/experience
