We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our Resort.
Responsibilities
The Front of House Team are the heartbeat of the hotel – they are one of the first to welcome guests to Adare Manor, the 'go to' team for all Resort information and knowledge, and respond to guest queries throughout. Their professional attention to the minutest of details helps ensure that each guest's stay is seamless. An Assistant Front Office Manager must be an intuitive person with a warm and engaging personality, inspirational leadership skills, and a strong drive to always go beyond to ensure the guest experience is flawless.
From a professional perspective, the role requires FO/GS management experience, excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and proven ability in managing highly demanding Front Office departments in comparable 5-star/luxury hotels. Fluent English in both oral and written communications, coupled with excellent computer skills are essential. Previous experience using Hotsoft is desirable. A full, clean driver's licence is required.
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, this person must be a strong coach and nurture an environment that supports delivering incredible Irish hospitality. Our goal is to offer personalised care that goes beyond normal expectations.
Experience in a 5-star/luxury property is desirable.
Qualifications
* FO/GS management experience in comparable 5-star/luxury hotels.
* Excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and relationship-building abilities.
* Fluent English (oral and written).
* Strong computer skills; previous experience with Hotsoft desirable.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Experience in a 5-star/luxury property is desirable.
