This role has a national focus, requiring travel throughout the country. The individual will interact significantly at all levels within the organization and with internal stakeholders and external clients.

* Supporting business development activity, including quotes / tender submissions and client presentations
* Leading and motivating a team to achieve their full potential
* Coaching and developing team members to succeed in their roles
Requirements:
* A relevant Business Degree or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in senior leadership roles in similar fields
* Knowledge of multiple operational functions, including finance, customer service, operations, and people management
