The Role:
* To oversee the management of financial systems and helpdesk operations in a dynamic public sector environment.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day helpdesk activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders to identify system enhancements, analyzing complex problems and implementing corrective actions.
* A Level 7 qualification or qualified accountant with experience in financial systems and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. They should be well-versed in various software applications used for accounting purposes including Agresso ERP.
