Project Engineering Manager Opportunity

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to oversee the successful completion of a residential construction project in Co Meath. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, leadership, and technical coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all aspects of the project, including communication with stakeholders, contractors, and clients. They will also be expected to develop and maintain procedures for information flow, approvals, meetings, and reporting.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing projects from initial planning to final completion. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge and understanding of typical contract documents, as well as familiarity with working to Irish Standards for external utility providers.

The package for this role includes a competitive salary range of €50K-€70K negotiable dependent on candidates experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the project

* Manage subcontractors' submittals and RFI submissions

* Conduct construction document reviews and examine all documents for constructability, coordination, and execution

* Operate and maintain company Safety & Quality Management Systems

Requirements:
">
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
">
5+ years plus experience
">
Familiar with working to Irish Standards for the various external utility providers
">
Experience in Residential Construction Project Management preferred
">
Good Planning and Problem-solving skills
">
Managing teams (direct and indirect)
">
Competent in Technical Submittals
">
Competent in AutoCAD
