•Develop detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings for vehicle components, subframes, and bodywork.
•Support concept design, prototyping, and engineering change processes.
•Work with production teams to resolve design or assembly issues on the shop floor.
•Conduct design reviews and ensure builds meet regulatory, safety, and weight requirements.
•Liaise with suppliers to specify materials, bought-in components, and manufacturing tolerances.
•Maintain design documentation and drawing standards.
•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across design and manufacturing.
•Participate in project cost reviews, timeline planning, and quality assurance reviews with senior management.
