Support Worker Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing support and care to residents with daily living activities in line with their individual care plans.
* Acting as an advocate for residents and promoting social interaction within the community.
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Organisational skills and flexibility.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Certificate in Healthcare Support or equivalent at FETAC Level 5.
* Completed first year of a Nursing Degree or second year of a Social Care Degree.
* Experience in Intellectual Disability/Mental Health sector desirable.
A full driving licence for a manual vehicle is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Support residents with daily living activities.
