As we continue our growth, we seek a highly motivated EMEA Demand Generation Campaign Manager to enhance our presence and pipeline across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing professional passionate about growth and AI.
This role involves designing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and accelerate sales pipelines for both new and existing customers in EMEA. You will translate go-to-market strategies into impactful campaigns, orchestrate multi-channel execution, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and promote AI-powered marketing adoption.
Responsibilities
* Develop and own comprehensive EMEA-specific demand generation campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
* Lead ABM programs for key accounts using platforms like Demandbase.
* Collaborate with Sales Leaders to understand regional needs and translate them into campaign strategies.
* Partner with Regional Marketing Managers for in-territory execution.
* Forecast, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for ROI.
* Communicate plans and results to stakeholders through presentations.
* Manage and track the campaign budget.
* Coordinate multi-channel activities including digital advertising, email, content syndication, paid search, ABM plays, and partner marketing.
* Ensure lead management and qualification to optimize conversions.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies for cohesive execution.
Qualifications
* 7+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or similar marketing roles, with a proven track record in EMEA.
* Experience with ABM strategies and platforms, especially Demandbase.
* Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
* Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Nice-to-have
* Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Interest or experience in AI-driven marketing strategies.
* Analytical skills with reporting tools like Power BI.
* Results-oriented mindset.
