Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst - Dublin (Permanent, Full-Time) 50,******,000 Dublin North A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to support its group-wide AP function across multiple geographies.
This is a key role within the finance team, offering exposure to complex AP operations, process improvement initiatives, and system optimisation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Take ownership of day-to-day AP operations across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Act as a senior point of reference within the AP team, providing guidance and support on complex queries.
Support the streamlining and standardisation of AP processes across group entities.
Drive system optimisation and automation initiatives within ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
Oversee invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and VAT-related activities in a high-volume environment.
Act as a key contact for AP-related queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Prepare and deliver regular AP reporting, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Support wider finance initiatives, including cash flow forecasting and continuous improvement projects.
What We're Looking For Strong experience in an Accounts Payable role within a multi-entity or international environment Proven background working in high-volume transactional AP functions Solid understanding of VAT processes and compliance Experience contributing to process improvements and system enhancements Exposure to ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities Experience in shared services or finance transformation environments is a distinct advantage Familiarity with digital workflows and AP automation tools is a plus
