Support the business in achieving its daily targets
Key Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team on a production line to cut, trim, and de-bone pork products from pork carcasses
Maintain good housekeeping/food safety standards
Willing to follow work instructions
Competent and be able to complete tasks in a safe manner
Demonstrate an ability to follow quality guidelines and procedures
Have the ability to demonstrate knife skills
Ensure all products are produced and packed to company/customer specification
Inform supervisor of any maintenance issues identified
Will receive full training
Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
Ability to work in a team environment
Shows flexibility in all aspects of the role
Be a team player
Note: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time.
Some travel will be required.
