We are seeking an accomplished Chef de Partie to join our team in a daytime operation based in Kildare. Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard, liaising with senior chefs on inventory management, minimizing food wastage, training junior staff, contributing to new menus, and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Requirements: 2+ years experience in a similar role, valid EU work permit, passion for cooking, excellent hygiene and HACCP practices.
