One of the most exciting and fast-growing tech companies is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Manager to lead their team of DACH Account Executives.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll recruit, train, develop, and support new and existing AEs to ensure they meet specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role reports to the Director of Sales and requires at least 2 years of experience managing individual contributors, ideally in complex or enterprise accounts. You’ll be adept at creating work-back plans, ROI reports, etc.
Role Overview
* Drive and motivate the team around key objectives
* Lead outbound efforts to generate and close new business
* Develop and implement a scalable skills curriculum for continuous improvement and advancement
* Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports
Your Profile/Skillset
* Proficiency in English and German
* Experience managing and coaching full sales cycle professionals
* Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse and high-performing team
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
* Comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
