We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Team Lead to join our team in Galway. As a Personal Lines Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of Customer Advisors.

Oversee reporting, MI an d month-end processes You will work closely with other Branch Leads an d Managers across the network t o pr o vide regular feedback, performance management an d development support.
