Key Responsibilities
* Organise and manage carer rotas, ensuring client needs are met efficiently
* Act as the main point of contact for cares queries while developing excellent relationships with the Clients and Caregiver
* Maintain and update Client and Caregiver records on our One Touch system
* Work closely with Care Manager
* Handle emergency scheduling and staffing issues promptly
* Ensure compliance and assist with reporting
* Participate in meetings related to staffing and caregiver scheduling/work rotas
What We're Looking For
* Someone with at least two years experience in homecare scheduling.
* Preferably someone with experience using One Touch IT system.
* Must have strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
* Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with the office colleagues, clients and caregivers
* Must have computer literacy and be proficient in Word & Excel
* Must present a professional appearance and demeanour
