Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Deputy Person in Charge to lead our social care initiatives.
This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring compliance with TUSLA regulations, and supporting our team in providing exceptional care to clients while supporting the Person in Charge.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social care programs that meet community needs.
Lead, train, and support a team of social care professionals.
Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for clients.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care programs and services.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Stay informed about industry trends and advocate for best practices in social care.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in social care at level 7 or above or be registered with CORU under the Social Care Workers division or in the process.
Proven experience of a minimum of 1 years as a team leader within the residential settings Strong knowledge of social care policies, procedures, and TUSLA legislation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
Empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
