Job Description:
This is a challenging role for an experienced Process Optimisation Engineer, requiring a strong understanding of process optimisation best practices, test strategy and Ops integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of multiple significant engineering projects through PMO.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical leadership skills from an engineering perspective, with the ability to continuously improve process performance. They must also have experience in providing technical support to Process Development/Advanced Operations on technology development and application within manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of multiple significant engineering projects through PMO.
* Provide technical leadership from an engineering perspective.
* Continuously improve process performance by identifying root causes of failures and ensuring timely resolution;
* Analyse issues that arise during project delivery; implement procedures for new processes as required.
