Key Systems Leader Role
This position oversees the overall IT infrastructure and systems within Ireland Manufacturing, focusing on Infrastructure & Systems Administration, ERP, Automation & Data / Reporting systems.
* Configure, administer and maintain VMware hosts in a high-availability environment
* Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, Entra ID and multi-VLAN networks
* Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for EUC monitoring
* Apply best practices in ITIL, Cybersecurity, compliance & Risk Management across the Supply Chain & Production environment
The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior IT Systems Specialist or IT Systems Manager to oversee all IT systems & applications used in Ireland Manufacturing Operations.
This role requires collaboration with the Global team to drive innovation, with ERP, automation and cybersecurity key to advancing IT services within the Group.
The ideal candidate should have:
* Extensive experience supporting IT systems in Manufacturing, Industrial / Production environments
* 5+ years in IT system administration or IT Systems Leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing or Industrial environment
* Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, M365, Entra ID, Intune and networking expertise
* Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex IT concepts to stakeholders
