As a senior developer, you will contribute to both the front-end (Angular) and back-end (.NET) layers of our platform, delivering seamless, high-quality user experiences and robust, scalable services.Our vision is to protect people and planet for generations to come through offering a connected platform providing EHS solutions across a cohesive, distributed system. We focus on shared services, automation, and self-service capabilities to build a strong foundation for the future of our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain software solutions across frontend, backend, and database layers.Work with distributed systems and APIs, ensuring seamless integration between products.Contribute to the design and development of shared services (e.g., authentication, hierarchy management).Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring to support team growth.Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to understand problems and deliver high-impact solutions.Ensure adherence to best practices in scalability, security, and performance optimization including the responsible use of AI in software development and product innovation.Support and troubleshoot production systems as needed, collaborating with the Cloud Operations team where required.Build dynamic, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using Angular best practices and modern front-end patterns.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement high-quality, user-centric features that align with design specifications.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.Strong experience in C# .NET (Core/Framework), Angular, SQL Server and AWS.Solid understanding of API design, performance optimization, and data modeling.5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a full-stack role.Proficiency in unit testing, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.Familiarity with scalability patterns, caching strategies, and cloud-based architectures.Desired experience in integration or building AI driven features and using AI tools in development practices.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders across engineering and product.A passion for building scalable, maintainable, and well-architected solutions.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.Our Commitment & BenefitsWe offer a variety of global benefits which are listed below.
