Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements for
nCino
and
Salesforce-based solutions.
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
* Lead workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders to understand pain points and identify opportunities for process optimization.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
* Support the configuration and customization of the nCino platform, including testing new features and enhancements.
* Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training sessions to ensure solutions meet business needs and drive user adoption.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and communicate status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
* Stay current with nCino and Salesforce platform updates, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure solutions remain compliant and effective.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business process maps, functional specifications, and training materials.
Must-Have Qualifications
* Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on nCino or Salesforce-based projects.
* Strong understanding of banking and financial services operations, products, and regulatory environment.
* Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
* Familiarity with the nCino platform, including configuration, features, and workflows.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Office).
Preferred Qualifications
* nCino or Salesforce certifications (e.g., nCino Admin, Salesforce Administrator).
* Experience in banking transformation, lending, or credit process projects.
* Experience supporting change management and training initiatives.
