We are seeking a proactive, people-focused Internal Recruiter to join our Recruitment team and help attract top talent across a range of technical and operational roles. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments, including engineering, site management, health & safety, and support functions.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted job descriptions and adverts.
* Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking).
* Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring teams.
* Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Help implement and improve recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
* Represent Wills Bros at careers fairs, industry events, and university partnerships where required.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within construction, engineering, or similar sectors.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates at all levels.
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience using recruitment databases, CRMs, and digital sourcing tools.
* A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn and Bullhorn.
