As a seasoned retail professional, you will oversee daily operations of our marine business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage daily retail activities for seamless customer experiences
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
* Drive sales growth and maximize store profitability
* Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control effectively
* Train, supervise, and support junior staff as required
* Liaise with suppliers, manage deliveries, and conduct regular stock checks
* Maintain accurate sales and stock records using Excel and POS systems
The ideal candidate has proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles, excellent customer service and sales skills, and proficiency in IT, particularly Excel. A keen interest in marine products or boating is an advantage.
