for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Boxty House, located in Dublin. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include managing staff, assisting in the hiring process, ensuring food and beverage quality standards, and maintaining a clean and professional environment. This role requires close collaboration with the restaurant management team to improve efficiency and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
* Strong Communication skills to manage staff and engage with customers
* Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage service and operations
* Leadership and problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
* Prior experience in a restaurant management role is a must
