Job Title: Experienced Cost Management Professional
A leading Main Contractor in Sligo is expanding its team of skilled professionals by welcoming a highly experienced Cost Management Professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and support industrial and commercial teams in achieving exceptional results through training and collaboration.
2. Manage cost planning and data compilation for complex projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
3. Develop long-term cash forecasts and optimize cash flow to drive business growth.
4. Negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms and conditions, benefiting the organization.
Essential Requirements:)
* Hold a 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field;
* Have at least 4 years of industry experience as a Cost Manager, working on commercial/industrial projects;
