Compliance Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Administrator to join our Health and Safety Department.

About the Role:
* Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents, including report processing and filing.
* Manage training attendance and completion status for employees.
* Respond to health and safety-related emails and internal queries efficiently.
* Sustain up-to-date safety notices and alerts on noticeboards.
* Support site inductions by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
* Monitor and follow up on corrective actions from inspections or audits.
* Assist with preparing reports and materials for health and safety meetings.
* Schedule training sessions, toolbox talks, and other safety events as needed.
* Gather statistics on incidents, near misses, and safety observations.
* Liaise with departments to retrieve overdue documents.
* Maintain contractor health and safety documentation and approval records.
* Provide administrative support as required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in health and safety or compliance.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Discretion when handling confidential information.
