Main Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and optimize productivity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues, implement efficient solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
* Apply advanced knowledge of electro/mechanical systems to troubleshoot complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities, including records of work performed, materials used, and outcomes achieved.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2-4 years of experience as a technician in a high-volume automated environment.
* A certificate/diploma/senior trades in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
