Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Complete bank and cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
2. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of invoices and correct payment processing.
3. Generate customer invoices and obtain payments in a timely manner.
4. Process payroll and provide monthly reports to management detailing financial performance.
5. Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
6. Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements
* Two years of experience in a busy accounts environment.
* Computer literacy with proficiency in Sage and QuickBooks.
