We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Banqueting Crew Members to join our dynamic team.The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service as part of a team that delivers weddings and events to the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests with a professional, friendly, and attentive manner.Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and with care.Assist in the setup, service, and breakdown of weddings, banquets, and functions.Ensure tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and cutlery are presented to the highest standards.Keep work areas clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times.Work closely with the Banqueting Supervisor/Manager to ensure smooth event delivery.Consistently maintain and follow Crover House service standards.RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail with a focus on high-quality service.A positive, flexible, and professional attitude.Excellent command of English.Availability to work weekends and evenings (essential).Ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.Previous hospitality or banqueting experience is an advantage but not essential.Own transport is desirable due to our location.BenefitsMeals on duty.Free on-site parking.Training and development opportunities.A chance to work in a beautiful lakeside venue with a friendly and supportive team.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From €13.50 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 40 per weekBenefits:On-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Mountnugent, CO.
