The successful candidate will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, providing valuable support to hiring managers, driving performance management, and managing employee benefit programs in collaboration with external partners.
You will help bring our organization's values to life through engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and cultural workshops. Your efforts will contribute to a positive and inclusive environment where employees feel connected and valued.
* Recruitment & Onboarding: lead recruitment processes and ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success
* Performance & Manager Support: drive performance management and offer practical support to line managers and supervisors
* Employee Relations: provide guidance on grievance and disciplinary matters
* Benefits & Vendor Coordination: manage employee benefit programs
* Engagement & Culture: help bring our organization's values to life through engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and cultural workshops
* HR Metrics & Reporting: deliver clear and actionable HR data
* Strategic Advisory & Benchmarking: act as a trusted advisor to managers and lead benchmarking efforts
Required skills and qualifications include proven HR experience (3–5 years minimum), a third-level degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, and excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
