Chief People Officer
to lead the HR function and work effectively with business leaders to drive efficiency, strategy, operations and culture in line with ambitious goals.
Reporting to the Group Managing Director, as CPO, you will have responsibility for guiding and leading the people strategy to deliver on a determined global agenda. This role will drive initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent, foster inclusion and engagement, and ensure that culture and values remain central to the heart of the business.
Responsibilities
* Define and implement a holistic people strategy that supports the vision, growth plans, and culture across the organisation.
* Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to translate business strategy into people-priorities.
* Lead and optimise HR operations to ensure scalability and efficiency exists in a meaningful way across the business.
* Advance HR initiatives including but not limited to employee engagement, retention and development programmes that will strengthen leadership capabilities, build career pathways and ensure the right talent is in place to deliver the business agenda.
* Oversee organisational design initiatives as the company grows and transforms, including workforce planning, structural reviews, change management, and cultural integration.
* Work closely with senior leadership across geographies to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
Experience
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR leader with proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a complex, multi-site, or international organisation. As the new CPO you will:
* Provide a demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic people initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
* Have a strong understanding of organisational culture, leadership development, and change management.
* Have exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
* Ideally be a commercially minded professional with a deep appreciation for how people strategy drives business success.
