This role is open to multilingual candidates who are fluent in English and at least one other European language, including French, Spanish, Italian, or German.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage all aspects of Patient Supply, ensuring efficient processing of sales orders, customer inquiries, and product returns. The successful candidate will work closely with the Customer Operations Manager to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily management and processing of sales orders, rush orders, service requests, and advance exchange programs.
* Provide daily support to country/region teams on Customer Operations Management tasks, including reporting and feedback on order processing challenges.
* Manage coordination of information to customers and internal teams on order processing status.
* Backup and cover for the Customer Operations Management team and customers in case of absence in other regions/countries.
* Participate in on-call rotation to handle emergencies from customers.
Requirements
* Previous pharmaceutical experience desirable, ideally in Customer Operations or Supply Chain.
* Customer Experience driven.
* Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Strong process improvement and project management skillset.
* Ability to lead and take initiatives, and drive change.
* Strong computer literacy, with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Fluency in English, both written and oral, is required. Fluency in another European language (French, Italian, Spanish, or German) is essential.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* University Degree in Business Related or Supply Chain.
Note:
This role may be converted to a permanent position after 6 months, subject to performance and budget. Permanent workers would be expected to participate in an on-call rotation, which may require carrying a work phone occasionally outside of work hours.
