Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing client base of secondary schools in the Dublin region.
* Nurturing Client Relationships: Nurture and manage these clients and form long-lasting relationships.
* Client Support: Be the point of contact for clients and teachers regarding any queries they may have.
* Upselling Opportunities: Identify upselling opportunities and support schools in their digital journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Customer Service: Customer services, sales, or account management experience is essential.
* PPL Skillset: You need to be a people person who enjoys dealing with people and building long-lasting relationships.
* Multitasking: Be able to multitask and prioritize workloads.
* Microsoft Office: Experience using Microsoft Office is essential.
* Technology Platforms: Experience in Apple, Microsoft, and Google platforms is a strong advantage.
* Driving License: Full clean driving license and own car are essential for this role.
