We're looking for a Manager, Demand Automation to join our global marketing team and supercharge our automation efforts across the buyer journey, from first touch to first meeting.
As Manager, Demand Automation, you'll own and optimize our key automation platforms,
Marketo
and our
AI-powered inbound SDR agent,
to convert MQLs into meetings, pipeline, and revenue. You'll drive performance across email nurture, newsletters, and real-time lead engagement with AI. This role requires both technical know-how and a strategic lens on improving funnel conversion.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Lead the team focused on the full lead lifecycle - building great email content and powerful marketing moments that engage at every phase - from lead creation, pipeline nurture, to customer lifecycle newsletters and more.
* Own and optimize Marketo: Build and manage campaigns, nurture programs, newsletters, and reporting to maximize email engagement and funnel progression.
* Manage the SDR AI agent: Tune workflows, copy, and triggers to increase the volume and quality of meetings booked from inbound MQLs.
* Establish a Demand Automation Testing program to run structured A/B and multivariate tests across email, nurture, and AI-assisted SDR workflows.
* Develop a culture of experimentation—identify hypotheses, set testing cadences, and analyze results to drive continuous improvement in conversion metrics.
* Partner with demand gen leaders, product marketing, and BDR teams to develop targeted messaging flows that align with persona and funnel stage.
* Report on the performance of email and AI programs, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce lead response time.
* Ensure list hygiene, compliance, and best practices in marketing operations and lead handling.
* Collaborate with Sales Ops and RevOps to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate attribution.
* Test and scale new GTM automation strategies—whether it's better segmentation, new tools, or smarter workflows.
Skills and Experience:
* 4–6 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and GTM tech stack (Marketo required; experience with AI tools a big plus)
* Deep understanding of email campaign strategy, nurture frameworks, and performance metrics.
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and drive measurable impact.
* Strong analytical mindset—you love dashboards as much as dynamic content tokens.
* Excellent project management and attention to detail.
* Experience working with inbound SDR and BDR programs
* Familiarity with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Clearbit, or Drift.
* Exposure to AI/ML use cases in marketing and/or sales automation
