Validation Engineer
We are seeking an experienced engineer with advanced expertise in metrology and validation to support upcoming projects and the expansion of our facilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring product compliance, supporting facility readiness, and driving continuous improvement in a regulated environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. They should also be familiar with quality management systems (ISO 13485) and regulatory audits.
1. Develop and execute comprehensive validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for equipment, processes, and products to ensure industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485) are met.
2. Lead document preparation for new product launches process changes facility expansions etc.
