Job Title: Senior Financial Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Professional to join our team in Limerick city office. This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about financial management and reporting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the efficient operation of the Finance Department, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial reports. Key responsibilities include:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts, including month-end journals and reconciliations
* Liaising with external auditors during the audit process
* Delivering detailed cost reports and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making and budgetary control
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Accounting or Business
* Membership of an approved accountancy body (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
* Signedificant experience relevant to the Senior Financial Professional role, particularly in areas of monthly reporting and year-end accounts
* An excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
