A leading accommodation provider in Dublin seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
* Support team leaders, driving process improvements and SOP development
* Ensure alignment of processes and service standards, championing high service quality
* Adjust staffing levels and scheduling to meet seasonal demand, maximizing efficiency
* Conduct regular site and room inspections, promoting strong safety and emergency protocols
Guest Experience & Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional guest experiences, managing escalated issues, feedback, and incidents
Process, Systems & Compliance: Drive process efficiencies, ensure compliance with H&S, GDPR, and internal policies
People Management: Support recruitment, induction, and training, manage rotas, attendance, and performance tracking
Communication & Coordination: Lead staff briefings, contribute to senior meetings, and liaise with internal departments and external partners
Safety & Security: Promote a safe working environment, monitoring access, security, and cash handling procedures
This is a hands-on, senior role suited to a proactive leader with a background in hospitality / facilities / accommodation providers.
