We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our kitchen, manage a team, and create menus that showcase Ireland's finest produce.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage menu planning and financial performance metrics
* Oversee purchasing, health and safety protocols, and food hygiene practices
* Train and develop the kitchen team
* Develop daily specials and place orders
* Conduct regular stock takes and monitor food costs within budgeted guidelines
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Catering and Hospitality qualification
* Food Hygiene qualification and best practice knowledge
* Relevant industry experience with leadership and management skills
* Outstanding culinary knowledge, skills, and expertise
* Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
