About The Role
What You’ll Be Doing
* Teaching safe, engaging swimming lessons for all ages and abilities
* Assisting with the daily running of our leisure facilities (pool, gym)
* Welcoming guests and members, helping them feel at home
* Maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards around the leisure centre
* Supporting leisure events, activities, and community programmes

Required Criteria
* Swim teaching qualification (or willingness to train – we’ll help!)
* Great people skills and a friendly, welcoming personality
* Team player who’s happy to get stuck in wherever needed
* Commitment to safety and customer care
* Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including weekends
