We support businesses nationwide with training, consultation, data migration, and ongoing support for QuickBooks users.We are now seeking a Sales Administrator who is confident on the phone, comfortable with cold calling, and able to work independently in a busy B2B environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily communications and follow-up callsLook after and manage the Freshsales CRM, ensuring customer records, pipelines, and follow-ups are accurate and up to dateFollow up with customers and leads to support the sales processWork closely with the marketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and customer outreachHandle customer enquiries and provide accurate informationSupport B2B sales activities and lead nurturingProcess invoices and assist with accounts managementDeliver professional customer service to new and existing clientsCoordinate with third-party providers, clients, and accountantsMaintain general office administration and documentationAssist with accounting tasks including invoices, POs, and bank managementCandidate RequirementsConfident and comfortable making cold calls and speaking with clients by phoneAbility to work independently, manage workload, and take initiativeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with QuickBooks or similar accounting softwareProficient in the Microsoft Office SuiteStrong IT and organisational skillsHigh attention to detail and process-driven mindsetCustomer-focused, motivated, and reliableMonday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pmFriday is a work-from-home dayJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €28,000.00-€34,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionOn-site parkingApplication question(s):Do you require visa sponsorship to work in Ireland?
