**Job Description**:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team and drive growth in the enterprise market. As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, leading, and supporting a high-performing team of account managers.
Your primary objective will be to ensure we continue to hit our retention and growth targets while shaping our account management organization as we scale upmarket.
1. Develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers;
2. Mentor and manage a growing team of 6 high-performing account managers, providing them with coaching, support, and resources needed to deliver results;
3. Evaluate Vanta's expansion and renewal sales playbook by developing new initiatives that boost GDR (Growth Development Rate) and NRR (Net Renewal Rate);
