Job Role: Financial Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Support Specialist to join our administration team. As a Financial Support Specialist, you will play a key part in the day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process and enter customer invoices accurately into the system.
* Allocate payments received and reconcile with payment details provided by the customer.
* Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies.
* Support month-end reporting.
* Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery dockets.
* Prepare and post payments for approval.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Liaise with the sales and finance teams as needed.
* Perform general administrative duties related to the financial function.
Experience/Skills Required:
* Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Able to multitask and prioritize workload.
* Proficient IT user.
* Effective communication skills within the team and across other departments.
