Responsibilities Manage daily delivery of all Transfer Agency (TA) services to clients, coordinate functional teams, and ensure targets and deadlines are met.
Act as the primary contact for external and internal partners, maintaining high service levels.
Develop and implement new TA products and service level agreements (SLDs) with clients.
Oversee monthly reporting, KPI calculation, and review of reporting packs.
Vet incident reports before release, maintain incident logs, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Work with internal departments to adapt to regulatory changes and improve procedures.
Manage client issues, liaise with global teams, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle client documentation, presentations, and service level discussions.
Proactively communicate with clients, suggest operational improvements, and manage projects for key clients.
Lead and develop staff, including recruitment, appraisals, and retention at the Client Service Officer level.
Requirements Degree in a relevant discipline; experience in client-focused roles within financial services or banking.
Operational experience in Transfer Agency preferred; related experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or banking also considered.
Experience in people management and change management desirable.
Strong client relationship skills, industry knowledge, and regulatory understanding.
Effective verbal reasoning, numeric skills, and system proficiency.
Ability to work under pressure, plan, organize, and resolve complex issues.
Self-initiative and stakeholder relationship-building skills, both internal and external.
