Our customers span some of the world's most established global banks and the fastest-growing fintech challengers — a testament to the trust we've earned across the industry.What You'll DoDrive the planning and delivery of software projects primarily, ensuring teams deliver what's agreed within the timeframe.Facilitate estimation and planning sessions with the engineering team to ensure work is well-defined and commitments are realistic.Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and blockers and ensure they're resolved quickly. Maintain visibility on progress through well-structured tracking and communication.Run retrospectives and other regular team check-ins to identify and implement process improvements.Work closely with the Product team to balance priorities, clarify requirements, and manage scope changes.Ensure the engineering team has everything they need - resources, context, and decisions to move efficiently.Encourage a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.Keep delivery predictable and transparent across all stakeholders.Planning & delivery of other ad hoc projects across the company as required from time to time.What we're looking for4+ years of experience managing software projects or technical teams.Solid understanding of software development processes, CI/CD and release cycles.Strong organisational and communication skills - concise, assertive, and clear.Experience working directly with a range of functions, particularly engineering and product teams.Familiarity with agile methodologies.Hands-on experience with project tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.A mindset focused on outcomes, not rituals.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €80,000.00-€85,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
