About Your New Employer Working for a company who supply Arts, Crafts and Design Materials to schools worldwide.
They are over 20 years old and are Headquartered in the UK with offices in the Middle east and Ireland.
They also have an online store with over 28,000 products so are extremely successful and are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for Ireland.
Initially you will be covering Leinster then the whole of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities You will be driving growth of the company in the Irish Market and promoting their products to primary schools You will be developing and retaining strategic relationships, understanding market needs, and driving revenue growth through targeted initiatives.
You will be responsible for leading sales and client-relationship management, and also play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and cultivating new business opportunities through tracking new markets and trends, recommend new products and services, grow new strategic partnerships, write proposals, and helps guide the long-term objectives to meet business requirements.
This role will report to the General Manager in Ireland, and you will enjoy responsibility in terms of decision-making and commercial strategy development.
You will leverage a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of the products to drive revenue growth.
You will be involved in Strategic development, relationship building, market analysis, Sales management, performance tracking and reporting.
You will have the support of the Irish and UK office.
What Skills You Need for this Sales Job A Degree in Business or Education would be a strong advantage Previous experience selling into the Education sector is essential At least 7 years client facing sales or business development experience Understanding of the Irish education system, market dynamics, and key players in the education sector Proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets in new business A full clean driving license is required for this role 4 days on the road and 1 day working from home Whats on Offer This Job comes with a basic salary of 45-55k along with an annual bonus.
