Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, industrial, and public sector markets.
* Proactively generate and develop sales leads through networking, research, cold outreach, and industry engagement to build a strong sales pipeline.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, site managers, project buyers, and procurement teams.
* Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential new sectors for growth.
* Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations in coordination with operations and logistics teams.
* Attend industry trade shows, client meetings, and site visits to promote Cabinpac Hire offerings.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, field sales, or account management ideally in construction, plant hire, or modular buildings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
* Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
* Full driving license (field-based travel will be required).
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Desirable
* Knowledge of temporary accommodation solutions, portable cabins, or modular buildings.
* Existing network within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
