Troubleshoots problems as liaison with other departments, divisions, and organizations and recommends solutions.Participates in or provides end-user training, interpreting and translating functional technical terms to make them understandable to the end-user.Develops and implements modifications of applications, troubleshooting programming problems to isolate program issues and takes appropriate action to correct.Deploys migrations to new versions of the systems including system testing, data conversion, application set-up, and system upgrades.Participate in on-call support of production issues.Leads a Help Desk team. Working ConditionsWork is primarily performed in an office setting with a limited telework option. May be subject to working non-standard hours or days. May require travel to and from job-related locations during a scheduled workday, subject to County policies regarding the use of County vehicles or private vehicles used on County business.
