Responsibilities and Duties
* Work closely with the SDR & Marketing teams to follow up on Sales Qualified Leads generated.
* Prospect new accounts, generating your own pipeline by initiating contact via email and phone outreach to develop sales opportunities with non-clients.
* Lead discovery conversations to identify pain points, quantify business impact, and understand frustrations with current situations.
* Collaborate with Sales Engineering to provide product demos, conduct advanced discovery, and design solutions with the customer.
* Lead in-depth face-to-face and online meetings to address questions and concerns.
* Increase sales velocity using Gap Selling and MEDDPICC methodologies to coach clients on buying, align solutions to pain, and quantify value.
* Close deals in a timely manner following best practices to shorten the sales cycle.
* Manage software trials with prospective clients to ensure adoption, use, and results.
* Represent Corsearch at industry events to raise the company profile.
* Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends.
* Fluent in English and German.
* Manage a large prospect database and track work and forecasting via CRMs and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Clari, Microsoft Copilot, e4enable).
* Experience leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including C-level buyers.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and build confidence with senior managers.
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure; capable of working independently or in a team.
* Experience in IP/Brand Protection is beneficial but not required.
* Occasional travel and flexibility to work outside core office hours as needed.
